Episode Description

Forgiving someone that we believe have wronged us or caused us pain be it physical, emotional, financial, or sexual can be a challenge. Being violated and hurt by individuals can cause life scars and ones heart to harden. Betrayal; affairs within a relationship can become long lasting and be a challenge to overcome. In terms, it is often difficult to let someone off the hook when we want them to pay what we believe they owe. At some point in our life, we will have to break free from the past. This may also include learning how to first forgive one's self. If you feel angry or stuck be it consciously or not bring your pain to Precious Predicaments with Jeanette Abney and Special Guest Pastor Marcus Robinson. Where you can start the journey of forgiveness, first ourselves and then others. We will also discuss the importance of forgiveness, forgetting those things that are behind us and the process of moving forward with your life. The goal is that you find peace and be set free.

Our show is about life challenges that we find ourselves in as we endure life. These challenges are private, personal and overall precious to our hearts as many feel hopeless, helpless and very frustrated. As you continue to carry such weight, the effects may cause harm to many areas of your life including personal relationships with others and one’s overall mental and physical health. Due to the taboo of therapy and personal fears many carry this pain without any relief. Our show will be a format for individuals to release such pain as one share their story in a therapeutic manner.

Jeanette Abney

Jeanette Abney

Jeanette Abney is a mother of two adult children and the grandmother of five. She has endured and overcome many personal struggles and experiences throughout her life. She is a creative business woman and enjoys sharing her life experiences by educating along with utilizing her godly wisdom to help others heal through their personal life journey in a humorous and comforting therapeutic manner. As a young woman being raised by a single mother in the inner city of Compton, California and being the oldest of three females, Jeanette never accepted no as an answer. Jeanette was always viewed as smart yet tough in many aspects of her life. It was not until she left Compton in 1986 at the age of 19 that she got to see what the real world was like. She knew that she had the heart to help others yet she had a vision which she believed to be within the Criminal Justice Field. She wanted to make a difference in the lives of others. After being rejected by many and being denied employment opportunities, Jeanette went on to educate and empower herself while being employed as a school bus driver. She later stepped out on faith after enduring other employment obstacles to purchase businesses in Orange and San Diego Counties, JA Precious Inc. and The Center for the Treatment of Addiction Inc. without having any prior business knowledge. Jeanette has since touched the lives of many and would like to continue her journey as she assists others with their PRECIOUS PREDICAMENTS.

Aileen Nunez is the Founder of Famwell Healing Center. Through her diverse career as an entrepreneur, life transitions coach and psychotherapist for over 25 years, she has touched many people in the South Florida area. Dr. Roslyn Reece


Dr. Roslyn Reece, Ph.D., received her doctorate, Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology, in 2011 from Pacifica Graduate Institute. From there, Dr. Reece acquired an internship as a Psychology Assistant working under supervision to expand her clinical knowledge base while providing individual, couples and family therapy in a private practice setting. Currently, Dr. Reece continues to study within the field in preparation for state licensure in clinical psychology.

Pastor Marcus Robinson


Pastor Marcus Robinson was born on October 29, 1980 to Sterling and Delois Robinson in Memphis, TN. He was involved in the church at a young age where he sang in the youth choir and played the drums. Pastor Robinson received his calling to preach the Gospel in the year 2000 under the leadership of the late Pastor Thomas Hammonds at the Friendly COGIC. Pastor Robinson served as a youth leader, youth Pastor, and was over the noon day prayer under the leadership of Bishop Brandon Porter at the Greater Community Temple COGIC. Pastor Robinson was then called back to California where he served as youth pastor, Praise team leader, drummer, and Assistant Pastor at the Higher Dominion Worship Center under the leadership of Pastor Dan R. Estell. In October 0f 2013 Pastor Robinson was called by the Lord to start his own ministry. He is now the Founder and Senior Pastor of Rhema Word Ministries which is located in Temecula California.
