Our aim is that this show will be a go-to "place" for teachers anytime they need a boost - whether listening during the live air or to the recorded program anytime throughout the year. Giveaways for teachers totaling over $2,500 will be a part of the live show, too! AND as a special added "gift," Paula and her expert guest will address one of teachers' and parents' most-asked Right Road questions: How can we motivate kids who seem apathetic? Paula Phillips

Paula Phillips is the Founder and President of Right Road Kids, a 24-year nonprofit organization with a national and global mission and vision. After establishing a successful career in TV, corporate, and commercial production, Paula moved to Los Angeles and was threatened by a young teen during the 1992 LA Riots. She immediately dedicated her life to helping kids find and travel their Right Roads in school and in life, and has since shared Right Road programs with over 200,000 children in schools, churches, and youth organizations around the country. Paula is also the founder of Right Road Productions and has produced all the creative resources for Right Road’s vital and impactful work with and for kids including the RIGHT ROAD FOR KIDS DVD series, her THE BELLOWS BUNCH children’s book series, and multitudes of uplifting songs she has written and recorded including 1992’s I HAVE A DREAM that aired on radio stations across the U.S. as a beacon of hope after the Riots. And, since January 2015, she has been the host of the wildly popular ON THE RIGHT ROAD radio show, uplifting, inspiring, and providing encouragement and real support for kids, parents, teachers, and schools in all 50 states and around the globe! With a life’s calling for making a difference, Paula has received numerous humanitarian and ingenuity awards as well as Congressional Recognition for service to youth. Paula is on a mission to help all kids live their best life and to inspire us ALL - on the Right Road!

Mo Anderson


Known as the "Velvet Hammer" for her compassionate yet uncompromising approach, Mo Anderson's business, leadership, and teaching skills are uniquely matched by her spirit and faith. She is the heart of Keller Williams Realty, and her integrity and unending drive are touchstones that have made KW one of the most successful franchises in real estate history. With encouragement from her husband, Mo got into real estate after 14 years as a wonderfully successful music teacher. She established her first real estate office in 1975, became KW's President and CEO in 1995, and is now Vice Chairman of the Board. In her current role, she has come full-circle and is back in the classroom teaching training events nationwide. Mo's mission is to help people experience the higher purpose of business and life - caring, sharing, and giving. When she was just in 4th grade, Isabella Griffin started a very special 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization called Be A Buddy Not A Bully. Isabella was motivated to make a difference to spread kindness in a big way when she was bullied in 3rd grade and then also saw kids at her school bully an autistic child. Isabella is now a young teen who, through her heart, positive actions, and amazing nonprofit is making a difference to prevent bullying in more and more school across the country. She has been featured in the popular Scholastic News, has received several awards (including the Huggable Heroes Finalist Award, the Gee Whiz Kids Award, and the Peace First Award), and she was recently part of the Auburn University Anti-Bullying Summit.
