Prince's death is still shrouded in mystery. It has been attributed to an "accidental overdose of Fentanyl," an opioid. But, where these pills came from is still under investigation. Did he get them illegally, or did doctors prescribe them, and if so, who? Several doctors are at risk for being sued for wrongful death. Today's guest, Jill F. Cohen, a D.C. attorney who specializes in medical malpractice, analyzes what each did wrong and the issues involved in filing a wrong death lawsuit today. Was Prince's death willful or wrongful?
