The buzz: We're still talking about this? Companies are being scrutinized by the media, by customers, and by shareholders about whether they give their full workforce equal access to opportunities and rewards. And with women now comprising nearly 50% of the world’s workforce, gender equality has shifted from a “cultural nice-to-have” to an economic and business imperative. The experts speak. Tinna Nielsen, Move The Elephant: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has” (Margaret Mead). Tanya M. Odom, Global Consultant: “The truth will set you free. But first it will piss you off” (Gloria Steinem). Nicole McCabe, SAP: “Every individual matters...has a role to play...makes a difference (Jane Goodall). Dr. Patti Fletcher, SAP SuccessFactors: “Feminism wasn’t supposed to make us miserable. It was supposed to make us free” (Deborah Spar). Join us for HR, Inclusion and Diversity: Where to From Here?
