Episode Description

There are always more than enough headlines in our ever-crazier world for Dr. Carole to put on her couch, as she creates an oasis of sanity for you. Tune in to hear her laud the Brits for voting for Brexit to avoid being trampled by uncivilized immigrants who have ridden a Trojan horse carrying terrorists into Europe. She warns you to boycott Rio and ask the IOC to move or delay the Olympics because the city's chaos puts you in danger-from Zika to first responders on strike to dead body parts on the beach. There are rants to be had closer to home too-like the Texas mom who fatally shot her daughters but could've been stopped if the cops put her in a psych ward on one of the many times they were called to her home. And like Brock Turner's judge who should've recused himself before giving an outrageously short sentence. On the lighter side Dr. Carole reports, though some expert witnesses are for the birds, now a real parrot may testify after witnessing a wife kill her husband.
