Laure Redmond

Laure Redmond is a world renowned Confidence Coach. She is the author of the best-selling book, “Feel Good Naked,” which was twice featured in O, The Oprah Magazine. She is the TV host of “Feel Good Friday” on KATU-TV in Portland, Oregon and is the creator and master teacher of the popular movement program, “Stretch Appeal.” Laure is an inspired motivational speaker and workshop leader. Laure began her career in the fitness industry in the early 1980’s, eventually owning and operating one of New York City’s well-known establishments.
