Laure Redmond

Laure Redmond is a world renowned Confidence Coach. She is the author of the best-selling book, “Feel Good Naked,” which was twice featured in O, The Oprah Magazine. She is the TV host of “Feel Good Friday” on KATU-TV in Portland, Oregon and is the creator and master teacher of the popular movement program, “Stretch Appeal.” Laure is an inspired motivational speaker and workshop leader. Laure began her career in the fitness industry in the early 1980’s, eventually owning and operating one of New York City’s well-known establishments. She has endorsed dozens of impressive wellness products and has produced and starred in DVD workouts, including Mary Tyler Moore’s Everywoman's Workout. Susan Pease Banitt, LCSW, RYT


Susan Pease Banitt, LCSW helps people heal from traumatic events in their body and mind. She is a Kripalu trained yoga teacher (RYT 200), practices shamanic healing as a Reiki Master and does past life regressions to facilitate multi-dimensional healing. Susan authored the award winning book: The Trauma Tool Kit: Healing PTSD From the Inside Out and teaches at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. Dr. Lowell Bryant Barek comes from traditional medical training, graduating from Tulane University School of Medicine. After an internship in New York, he went to Georgetown University Hospital to complete his residency. He was appointed as Clinical Assistant Professor at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and a senior staff position at Beth Israel Hospital in NY. After ten years, he left for private practice.
