Bonnie D. Graham has been producing and hosting live talk radio since 1998. Gilles started his career in software developments at British Telecom in England and in an startup in Israel that was bought my EMC. At that time, Gilles was programming in Java and C#. Prof. Dr. Stefan Bongard
Prof. Dr. Stefan Bongard, University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany, holds a professorship in Business Administration and Logistics since 2008. Before this role, he spent nearly ten years as CEO of a manufacturing company in the wood industry and since 2002 has served as CEO of a small consulting company. The main topics of his University work are distribution management, quality management and environmental logistics. Martin Daum, a student from Heidelberg, has studied Business Informatics since 2013 at the SRH University and will finish his studies next year. Joerg Niesenhaus coordinates the activities at Centigrade’s North-West branch in Germany and is responsible for the areas of gamification and interaction design. In his role as Head of Gamification he focuses on the evaluation and the conceptual design of user-friendly interfaces incorporating playful design elements to enhance user engagement. Before his time at Centigrade Joerg worked more than 11 years for game companies like Blue Byte, Similis and Ubisoft and participated in the development of Germany’s popular strategy game series The Settlers. Özge Ölmez is a working student at SAP Service Innovation & Design Thinking CoE. She studies business informatics (B.Sc.) at the SRH University in Heidelberg and did her A levels with a focus on general sciences in 2013. Due to her prior internship in the same area, Özge joined SAP in March 2015. She has several fields of activity, including coordinating and organizing different parts of projects, such as developing topics and guest engagement for “Innovating Innovation with Game Changers Radio”, and facilitating various workshops abroad. Claus von Riegen
Claus von Riegen is Vice President and Head of Business Model Innovation at SAP SE. He chairs the BMI Service Center that shapes the design and implementation of new business models across board areas. In this role, he acts as a transformation agent and helps SAP pursue new business models in an agile way – managing the trade-offs with the corporate immune system that focuses on optimizing our current business model. Previously, Claus held various management positions in product development where he most recently was responsible for SAP’s industry standards and open source strategy and drove a number of industry alliances, partner programs and developer network initiatives. He began his career at SAP in 1994 as a developer designing information models and application integration scenarios. Lakshman “Lucky” Pachineela Seshadri, Chief Consultant, Services Innovation, SAP Consulting, is driving Software Solutions and Services Innovation projects with Design Thinking for SAP globally, Social Change projects and a start-up mentor in India. He is a founding team member of SAP India, where he built the pre-sales and consulting organization. He also co-founded SAP Global Delivery and was responsible for its operations. Later he was Head of Innovation at SAP Global Delivery. Prior to SAP, Lakshman held leadership business roles at IBM Global Services, India and Digital Equipment Corporation (India). Prof Dr. Wim Vanhaverbeke
Prof dr Wim Vanhaverbeke is a professor in Open Innovation at the University of Hasselt and a visiting professor at ESADE Business School and the National University of Singapore. He has published in international journals such as Organization Science, Research Policy, California Management Review, and Small Business Economics. He was co-editor with Henry Chesbrough and Joel West of the books “Open Innovation: Researching a New Paradigm” (OUP, 2006) and “New Frontiers in Open Innovation” (OUP, 2014). “Open Innovation in SMEs” is due out in 2016. Wim collaborates with partners in universities and companies around the globe. His current research focuses on open innovation in SMEs, innovation ecosystems and open innovation practice implementation. He established the European Innovation Forum with Henry Chesbrough in 2012.
