Episode Description

Statistics show that currently, women make up only about 5% of CEO positions and about 17% of the corporate board members among Fortune 500 companies. This number has not changed significantly in over a decade. While women are making inroads into business ownership, men still outnumber women in this arena too. Why is it that women struggle with stepping into leadership and owning it? Join Linda Patten and her featured guest, Rebecca Hall Gruyter as they show you how to define leadership in today’s world and then what it takes for a leader to step out from behind the curtain to begin to be boldly unapologetic about our desire to make significant changes in the future of the world as we so often state is our purpose.
