The Coaching Sugars: Hearing and Honoring Difference, And Remaining True To You
December 5, 2016
Hosted by Georgetown ITL Faculty
The Coaching Sugars are back for two close-out-the-year shows! Next week, December 5, 2016 at 11 am EST, the Coaching Sugars, Mike McGinley and Kirsten Olson, will chew on something at the center of many of our lives right now: “Hearing and Honoring Difference, And Remaining True To You.” This week's show will kick off with some powerful, searching letters from our listeners. The Coaching Sugars will candidly consider how to hold space and be present with clients and colleagues when our belief systems are very different and what to do what to do when you feel "overwhelmed" in the "face of national contraction." As always, The Coaching Sugars offer responses to coaching and leadership dilemmas that are not about giving "the right answers" with a lot of certainty and authority, but instead offering truthful, thoughtful, heart-full advice based on their own coaching and leadership. Real, compassionate coaching and leadership talk, served up straight on December 5. Join us!

Georgetown ITL Faculty
The faculty of the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University are multifaceted and diverse with respect to academic training, practical experience, expertise, and research interests. Perhaps the most striking aspect of the faculty is the community they have cultivated and the dialog they have advanced around leadership development and leadership coaching. Most of the original faculty members – those who helped establish Georgetown University’s leadership coaching program in 2000 – still teach and provide direction for leadership coaches and executive leaders, while new perspectives continue to evolve and inform our programs.
At the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University, the faculty are exploring new transformative models of leadership, work, and change that can transform individuals, organizations, communities, governments and the global society. Join them each week for exciting conversations about transformational leadership.
