He has consulted for organizations in healthcare, manufacturing, staffing, food processing, logistics, construction, transportation and food service. He has also worked with many public sector employers including cities, counties and school districts.
Ronald has spent the past eight years building on his organizational performance expertise through the study of business innovation and creativity as well as human performance improvement. He now consults from the intersection of these three distinct but interrelated disciplines. During this time he added the designations of Certified Performance Technologist and Certified Coach, Teacher, and Speaker to his Certified Safety Professional designation.
