Episode Description

The most 'colorful' candidate to run for L.A. Mayor in years in Diane 'Pinky' Harman. Though some do not know what to make of her all pink attire, her rap videos and her leotard dancing, she is serious and sincere about wanting to be a "voice" for the people of Los Angeles who feel their issues are never addressed. She has a Master's degree in psychology, a California teaching credential, and has been an educator and an actress. Now she wants to add 'mayor' to her list of accomplishments - and is putting her money where her mouth is. Her passion to solve L.A.'s problems is so great, she's risking her retirement money on her campaign. Today's show is not an endorsement, it is an opportunity for an underdog to let us know what makes her tick. So who is this woman, really? Listen and find out.
