Episode Description

Managing persistent performance issues is one of the biggest challenges for executives and managers. Because the conversation seems highly critical if not disrespectful, most managers soften the message. The result is that team performance decreases, conflict increases and the team loses respect for the manager. In this episode, our host Dr. Sheryl White will discuss with Executive Coach, Jordan Goldrich a mindset and technique for having these conversations that Jordan has witnessed to yield 100% success and, says ultimately, is far more respectful than avoiding the conversation or softening the message. Jordan is a Partner and Chief Operations Officer for CUSTOMatrix, Inc. and a Master Corporate Executive Coach. He is also an executive coach for the Center for Creative Leadership and a Talent Management Executive for Executive Core, both international leadership and talent management firms.
