Allison speaks of her double life. On the inside, a woman struggling with anxiety, panic, depression, and obsessive compulsive disorder. On the outside, entertainment/pop culture journalist and celebrity confidante. But, this is not only an intimate memoir. Through this book, Allison is hoping to be the voice for people living with anxiety disorders, to help them break through the stigma and get help, just as she did.
