Episode Description

When we make our purchasing decisions, we generally will buy products and services from people that we know, like and trust. In many cases, we may not know that person or company directly – we rely on our friends and neighbors (and even online reviews) to tell us how great a product or service is. As a small business, it is our job to make sure that our customers and potential customers become our advocates and start talking about us to those around them. But, in order to do that, we need to start the conversation and build that trust factor through what we say and do. Sometimes, though, it’s hard to get that conversation going. We don’t always see ourselves as the “expert” with something to say. In this week’s episode, we are going to explore ways that you can start that conversation online and keep it going.
