There are important basic self care strategies that can keep you functioning well and ready for life's challenges. There are times when people spend their time only taking care of others can be at risk for getting burned out on all the giving, which makes it more difficult to care for others or themselves. Taking time to care for yourself regularly can make you a better caretaker for others. Join us with guests Linda Jablonski, MS,BSN,BC-RN, and Barbara Baker Schaefer, MSW, as we discuss several different ways to focus on self-care, the balance of leisure time in your schedule - making time for yourself, family, and friends.
