Laure Redmond is a world renowned Confidence Coach. She is the author of the best-selling book, “Feel Good Naked,” which was twice featured in O, The Oprah Magazine. She is the TV host of “Feel Good Friday” on KATU-TV in Portland, Oregon and is the creator and master teacher of the popular movement program, “Stretch Appeal.” Laure is an inspired motivational speaker and workshop leader. Laure began her career in the fitness industry in the early 1980’s, eventually owning and operating one of New York City’s well-known establishments. She has endorsed dozens of impressive wellness products and has produced and starred in DVD workouts, including Mary Tyler Moore’s Everywoman's Workout. With more than 30 years as a dynamic mind/body/spirit leader, Laure has become one of the country’s most trusted experts. Laure maintains a private Coaching practice in the Pacific Northwest. She is also a proud mother, passionate dog lover and recreational painter.
