Susan Kirkland
Susan Kirkland is an award-winning journalist and writer. She is an editor for the Calhoun Times. She began her journalism career while in Georgia Army National Guard. Her first book, Higher Honor was loosely based on her experience as a student and cadet at North Georgia College and State University, the senior military college of Georgia. Susan lives with her husband George and her four daughters in Resaca, Georgia. She is working on her second novel.
