Kathy Tracey
Kathy is a team player and a team leader. She is a world record holder who, along with 3 other teammates, are the first womens 4's crew to ever complete an entirely self sufficient ocean crossing in a rowing boat. They crossed the Atlantic Ocean in 67 days, 7 hours and 20 minutes. The crew were in the midst of gale force winds and treacherous seas, when they discovered their communication with the world beyond their horizon was gone. The team had to work together through storms and injury and illness to reach their goal. Kathy is an organisational team coach and trainer who runs her own highly successful business, providing organisations with management and leadership development. She is also an acclaimed speaker, who motivates and inspires others to push themselves past their self imposed limits and really reach for their goals. She has published a workbook that leads people through goal setting, planning and achievement. 'The ABC to Victory' has changed lives.
