After serving in the Pakistan Army for 32 years, Brigadier Rashid Ali Malik (Ret.) founded Security 2000, a private security agency. This was followed by 5 years as Director General of Pakistan Global Source, LLC, a Washington based security consulting enterprise. He is currently president of All Pakistan Security Agencies Association, has been a member of ASIS Investigation Council for the past 6 years and is a Past President & current Board Chair of the World Association of Detectives. Formerly Capitan of the Pakistan National Basketball Team, Security Chief for the Cricket World Cup, and Commander of the Pakistan National Day Parade in Islamabad, Brigadier Malik is also the recipient of 17 medals for war and peace-time service, 2 Commendations from the Chief of Army Staff, the Army Chief Gold Medal, 20 gold medals in sports, and was awarded the World Association of Detective’s International Security Professional of the Year in 2004 in Moscow. He is located in Karachi, Pakistan.
