Nancy Pearlman
Nancy Pearlman chairs the infrastructure committee for the Los Angeles Community College District Board of Trustees. She is an award-winning broadcaster, environmentalist, college instructor, anthropologist, editor and producer. In addition to these impressive accomplishments, she coordinated the first Earth Day in Southern California. As Executive Producer and Host of the environmental television series, ECONEWS, Nancy has presented her program to over 35 million homes. Her international weekly radio series, ENVIRONMENTAL DIRECTIONS is now the longest-running environmental series in the country. And yes! She is also an achieved athlete and a member of the Gypsy Folk Ensemble.
