Dr. Ellen Finkelstein and her team at East Side Audiology work to improve the quality of life of their patients by providing comprehensive, individualized care for hearing related problems. She holds patients’ privacy and dignity in high regard and takes care to involve the families. She aims to stay on the cutting edge of new technologies, with services that include complete diagnostic hearing evaluations for all ages, assessments of balance, dizziness, tinnitus, middle ear function, ear and brain response, and more. Rehabilitative services include the most advanced hearing aids as needed and customized counseling and training. She also serves as consultant to schools, nursing homes and agencies and businesses interested in educating and improving services related to hearing protection. Dr. Finkelstein has made a number of broadcast appearances in her quest not only to help people to get appropriate help but also to educate and help people understand how they can prevent hearing loss.
