Sheryl Kingstone
Sheryl Kingstone is the director of Yankee Group's Enterprise Research group and a well-known industry analyst in the mobility and CRM markets, with over 18 years in the high-tech market. She helps enterprise clients make decisions on the use of technology, business processes and information to boost sales and optimize top-line business performance. Previously, she consulted with enterprise software companies in the areas of B2B e-commerce, CRM, e-services and Internet infrastructure on company and product positioning, acquisitions and IPO strategies for Blanc & Otus. She was awarded the 2006 CRM Influential Leaders Award and was the first female to be inducted in the CRM Hall of Fame.
