He is a columnist for various trade magazines including Incentive Magazine’s Top Ten Ways column. Roy is president and founder of the Recognition Management Institute. A professional speaker for over 20 years, Roy founded the Recognition Management Institute to address the difficulty managers have giving effective recognition to their employees. He has consulted and presented to clients across the globe, such as Bell Canada, Boeing, Ceridian, Disney Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, and 3M Canada as well as government departments and professional and trade associations.
