Lesley Matile
Lesley Matile’s passion enables others to find and sustain high levels of motivation so that they do their best - always. Her career began unusually with 15 years as a probation officer, working with those at high risk of reoffending, many of whom had committed serious sexual and violent offences. Here, Lesley faced huge challenges helping them find the determination and commitment needed to change their harmful entrenched behaviour. In 2000, she found this combination of coaching and motivation in very tough situations was in high demand as she transferred into the corporate world. Under her wisdom, over 10,000 coaches and mentors were professionally trained while she was Managing Director of a major coaching brand. Today, as founder of Peak Performance Coaching Ltd she acts as an executive coach and coach supervisor, trainer, speaker and coaching thought leader. Lesley promises her long overdue book, sharing her unique perspectives on motivational coaching will be completed in 2012.
