Jennifer Maghinay
Jennifer Maghinay comes from a family with a long history in law enforcement dating back to the 1930s. Jennifer followed her stint in the military by becoming a paralegal. She became proficient in family law, employment, civil & criminal law, personal injury, real estate, business law & workers' compensation. After 27 years as an investigative paralegal, she & her husband, David, opened Maghinay Investigations, LLC. Jennifer & David work as a team & take on cold missing person cases, stolen property recovery, process service, hard-to-locate witnesses, civil & criminal litigation, ID Theft, international fraud, workers' comp cases, domestic relation issues & fugitive recovery. In fact, Jennifer is the only female fugitive recovery agent in Oregon & and assists law enforcement & bail companies with fugitive recovery in Oregon. Since 2008, Jennifer has been the Northwest Region Director for the Oregon Association of Licensed Investigators where she is a member. In 2010 she served on the committee for City of Salem Multicultural & Tourism Board. She is also a moderator the women’s email group, World Wide Women/Female Legal Investigative Professionals (FLIP).
