Chip is a practitioner of emotional intelligence in business and is the author of the New York Times bestselling book, EMOTIONAL EQUATIONS: Simple Truths for Creating Happiness + Success. Chip speaks around the world on the intersection of psychology and business, finding meaning at work, and is a regular blogger on The Huffington Post and his own blog at www.emotionalequations.com.
