Karen Knapp is a superb chief and owner and operator of Creative Cuisine Catering. She has served the Southern California catering market, with distinction, for over twenty years. She counts among her many clients the leaders of the regions corporate and social scene. She has served two United States Presidents, Secretary of Defense, Members of Congress, Corporate Giants and Film Stars. A special treat for her was when she catered Julia Child’s book signing for her last cookbook and celebrating her 80th birthday. Karen makes a personal commitment to all her customers that whatever kind of event is proposed she and her Creative Team will pull it off in style.
