Robert Godina
Annie Bernard and Robert Godina came from two very different background. Annie, modeled for many years, lived in Los Angeles and recycled herself into a personal training when she moved back to Canada. Robert was always into fitness. Studying Exercise Science at Concordia University, he followed his dream and opened his own gym. They developed a friendship based on their love of fitness and health. One morning, working out together, Sexercise101 was born from a move Annie was doing (hip extension aka: the doggie). They decided that, just like that one special movement, they could create a complete workout out to get people healthier and more fit while having better sex, intimacy and fun in bed. Still creating more moves and training people, they keep learning about every new workout style. While sharing it with their clients they're making sex and training a better than ever combo!!
