Robert H. Horner

Robert H. Horner is Alumni-Knight Professor of Special Education at the University of Oregon. Dr. Horner directs the Educational and Community Supports research unit at the University of Oregon and directs or co-directs multiple federal research, technical assistance and personnel preparation grants. He is a past editor of the Journal of Positive Behavior Interventions, and the Journal of the Association for the Severely Handicapped. He also has served as associate editor for the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. Dr. Horner has written or edited 10 texts and over 200 peer reviewed journal articles. Dr. Horner’s research interests focus on positive behavior support, applied behavior analysis, stimulus control, instructional technology, severe disabilities, and sustainable systems change. www.pbis.org www.uoecs.org
