Marianne Abib-Pech
Marianne Abib-Pech. is the Founder of AWDS a boutique advising/fund raising firm focusing on alternative investments in Europe and Asia. As such, she serves on the board of several venture capital funds and start-ups in both regions.She started her career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen in Luxembourg, then moved to Motorola in London, followed by General Electric where she held several finance and strategy positions in various European countries. Her most recent corporate positions were as Global CFO for Shell Aviation and Head of Finance and Commercial for EMEA Operation of BHP Billiton Iron Ore division. Marianne currently writes a book for the Financial Times on corporate leadership and is a regular columnist for Global Corporate Venturing,The Independent and the Huffington Post.
