Lucia Capacchione
Internationally acclaimed for her groundbreaking work in accessing the brain's right hemisphere through writing and drawing with the non-dominant hand, Dr. Capacchione is a pioneer in healing, recovery, and literacy through creative expression. She originated the Creative Journal Method, Inner Family Re-parenting work and the Visioning® collage and writing process. Lucia is a Registered Art Therapist, workshop leader, trainer, and best-selling author of eighteen books including The Power of Your Other Hand, Recovery of Your Inner Child, and Visioning®: Ten Steps to Designing the Life of Your Dreams. Dr. Capacchione has been featured in numerous radio, television and newspaper interviews and her books have been translated into several languages. Her Inner Child Self-parenting method was showcased in “Cease Fire”, a feature-length film produced in Iran by award-winning director, Tahmineh Milani.
