Joyce Gioia (joy-yah) began her business career as an entrepreneur at the tender age of fourteen, when she founded her first company, Jack & Jill Parties for Children. Later, at the age of 28, she was the youngest national magazine publisher in the United States. Joyce is president and CEO of The Herman Group and Employer of Choice, Inc. She is a Certified Management Consultant and Professional Speaker focusing on the human side of enterprise.
