Carlos Valdesuso
Carlos Valdesuso has worked with Adizes since 1975. He is the Professional Director of the Instituto Adizes do Brasil. As a Principal Adizes Associate, he is certified in all phases of the Adizes Methodology. He has extensive international experience in information technology, organizational structure, and business strategy for companies in banking, insurance, and service industries. In addition to his work with Adizes, he has been the President of SCI, a software company and consulting firm. He has also served as President of Teledata, an information services company. Both of these companies are in Brazil. He works in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Carlos earned Master and Bachelor degrees in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. He recently earned Doctoral Degree in Organizational Transformation from the Adizes Graduate School.
