Louis H. Siracusano, Sr. Founder Chairman & CEO, Azzurro Group As Chairman & CEO, Lou is responsible for the strategic vision of the company and serves Azzurro’s Board of Directors. Before forming Azzurro Group, Lou was the founder and chief executive officer of Video Services Corporation (VSC). VSC was a value-added video services provider serving TV networks, cable and syndicated programming markets. Video Services Corporation was comprised of the following eight divisions: • Waterfront Communications Corporation • Atlantic Satellite Communications • AF Associates • Video Rentals • Audio Plus Video International • Manhattan Transfer • Post Edge • Cabana Over a 25-year period, he grew the business from a startup in 1975 to $100 million in sales and EBITDA of $20 million in 2000, when he sold the company.
