Alan Popadines - Senior Sports Manager – Football Alan, a resident of Whippany, New Jersey, brings a wealth of sports knowledge to Youth1 Media, and has been a major influence on coverage for nearly every sport featured on Youth1. While well-versed in youth sports knowledge, Alan has pinpointed football as his main area of expertise and with good reason. After graduating from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, he started his career in the public relations field. Not long after, he decided to shoot for his dream of working with sports and signed on with All-American Games, the owner and operator of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl and Football University. After assisting in everything from hosting All-American announcements at high schools throughout the east coast to assisting in the national combine, his knowledge and love of youth sports grew exponentially. In February of 2010, Alan joined the Youth1 team to apply his knowledge and help grow the promising start-up company. He takes pride in assessing the top youth talent from across the country and helping to shine a light on their accomplishments. A true sports fanatic, Alan enjoys following the New York teams in his spare time: Rangers, Knicks, Giants & Yankees. He also is Notre Dame & Penn State football fan.
