Pip Cornall: Ways of Saving Lives. Formerly a PE & Outdoor Education teacher, Pip’s career focused on saving lives in a variety of ways. A surf lifesaver, river rafting guide, mountain rescue and safety in the wilderness teacher, Pip’s work grew to include men’s emotional fitness. A qualified yoga therapist he now applies that skill to help cancer patients de-stress during times of illness and adversity. A Director at the Grace Gawler Institute; Pip conducts Prostate Mates-”Let’s talk about it outdoors” program. He believes that getting back in touch with nature assists the body’s ability to repair and restore, adding to conventional and complementary cancer treatments. Pip lived in Oregon for 12 years and now hosts a yearly ‘Rafting for Recovery' a challenging yet healing experience for cancer patients. Recently Pip and Grace Gawler created Black Forest Healing as a part of supported programs for International cancer patients attending Hallwang Private Oncology Clinic in Germany.
