Tracey Arnish
Tracey Arnish is Global Vice President, Talent Experience at SAP, responsible for building a culture that strengthens SAP’s reputation as an organization where talent can grow their careers with a leading global employer. Under Tracey’s leadership, the Talent Experience team works to ensure that SAP understands its talent landscape and delivers leading solutions to ensure the readiness of the talent needed to execute future business success. Previously, Tracey was Vice President and Managing HRBP of SAP Canada and SAP Labs North America. She was responsible for ensuring that SAP continues to be recognized as a “Best Employer”. With her leadership and support, SAP Vancouver was recently named “Most Innovative Workplace” by the YWCA’s Women of Distinction 2012 selection committee. Tracey has worked in both the private and public sector with organizations such as Air Canada, Translink, the Vancouver Canucks and the British Columbia Transmission Corporation.
