Jonathan Hewitt
Jonathan Hewitt is founder of Life Ki-do Parenting, Martial Arts, and Life Education. Jonathan has taught martial arts and life skills to children for over twenty years and has a renowned martial arts academy in Austin, Texas. Over the years, Jonathan has taught thousands of children ages three to nineteen. His martial arts academy runs at full capacity and often has long waiting lists. Jonathan has a degree in psychology from Emory University and has spent the past twenty-five years in intensive study of and training in meditation, mindfulness, and the brain-body connection. His great joy comes from sharing ancient, universal life skills in simple, modern terms to inspire and empower children and teens to discover and live from their inner strength.
