Mark Gaynor, LCSW has practiced in the field of Social Work for over thirty years. After graduating from the Columbia School of Social Work he went on to augment his professional training at the New Hope Guild Psychotherapy Post Graduate Center in New York. He was Senior Social Worker at the prestigious Yale Psychiatric Institute. Quickly recognized for his level of contribution, he broadened his role at Yale by moving into the position of Clinical Manager for the Partial Hospital Program. In 1980 Mark opened what is now a thirty-year private practice serving adults and adolescents with mental health and addiction disorders. He has developed a specialty in the area of bariatric treatment. To his clients and his practice, Mark brings a unique combination of personal and professional expertise in the field of health and weight management. Continuing in his commitment to helping clients of diverse socio and economic backgrounds, Mark now maintains his private practice in New Haven, CT.
