Paula Stern
A former chairwoman of the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), the Honorable Paula Stern leads The Stern Group, Inc.’s practice serving national and multinational companies and organizations on business, political and technological issues that affect their competitiveness in a global economy (The Stern Group, Inc). Dr. Stern is a member of the State Department's Advisory Committee on International Economic Policy, the Department of Commerce’s Advisory Committee on Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, the Executive Committee of the Atlantic Council, the Boards of the Committee for Economic Development, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She serves on the Boards of Avon Products, Inc. and RAC, Inc., and the International Advisory Boards of Lafarge. Dr. Stern counseled the Transatlantic Business Dialogue (TBD) at its inception; she also was the working chair of the TBD's Transatlantic Advisory Committee on Standards, Certification, and Regulatory Policy.
