Bryan Pearce
Bryan Pearce joined Ernst & Young (EY) upon graduation in 1981 and was admitted into partnership in 1991. He launched the Corporate Finance & Entrepreneurial Services practice in the Caribbean. In 2001, he helped design and launch the US firm’s new Venture Capital Advisory Group initiative. In 2010, he assumed leadership of the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® Awards program (EOY) and firm-related entrepreneurship initiatives in the Americas. Bryan is responsible for the EOY program operations in 26 markets in the US, and five in Canada, Latin America and Israel, including driving nominations, sponsorships, independent judging, an EOY alumni organization and on-line community with 8,000+ US members and entrepreneur public policy initiatives. He sits on the Ivey Business School advisory board and is board chair of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, New England.
