Scott L. Mitchell
Scott L. Mitchell is the chair of OCEG, a global nonprofit community with over 40,000 members, creating authoritative resources for achieving Principled Performance by integrating the governance, assurance and management of performance, risk, compliance and ethics (GRC). Scott has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and Institutional Investor as a business leader, and recognized for his work in corporate governance by Business Finance, Treasury and Risk, and Directorship magazines. He is an angel investor with exits to NCSOFT, DHX Media, SkillSoft, and SonicWALL/Dell. Scott started his career at the Small Business Administration and Andersen Consulting. A technologist at heart, he founded his first software company in 1997 based on two patents. He is the co-founder of LoopLogic (video with lead generation) and EventDay (all-in-one event management software). He also serves on nonprofit boards of Children's Museum of Phoenix and Walk with a Doc.
