Todd was a 2 time all San Gabriel Valley offensive/defensive selection, and earned 3 letters in track. At Northern Arizona University, Todd was a 4 year letter winner and 3 year starter. After injury, Todd came back his senior to earn the Most Improved Player Award and All Big Sky Honors. Todd played in the CFL for 1997 to 1999. He was nominated as the team’s nominee for Rookie of the Year. Todd signed with the Chicago Bears. After playing sparingly his first year with the team, the Bears later allocated Todd at the end of his first season to NFL Europe. He played for the Frankfurt Galaxy and was named to the All –NFL Europe team. In the NFL, McMillon became known as a special team standout and a reserve cornerback. Todd played 5 seasons with the Chicago Bears. Todd was active in the Chicago community. His favorite was participating in the Organ Donor Program at the various high schools with Walter Payton’s wife. Todd resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife and their 3 children.
