Ray Roberts

Ray Roberts retired after a 9-year career in the NFL with Seattle Seahawks and the Detroit Lions. He has established a reputation off the field as a motivator, speaker and a great leader. Impressively, Ray returned to school in 2006 and earned a Masters Degree in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership from the University of Washington. His peers and the faculty of the master’s program voted him as a top scholar. Following his graduation, he served as a Diversity Specialist at Microsoft. He went on to be the Director of Life Skills for the University of Virginia football team. Ray is now the Assistant Director of the Bridge Ministry, a faith based ministry focused on serving men with life controlling issues. Ray’s passion on and off the field has remained the same he is a true mentor for all he meets.
