Mike Ramirez is the Owner and Head Trainer of Special-Fit. Special-Fit is focused on promoting health and fitness to children and teens with autism and related disorders. Our vision was to create a place where children with special needs can get trained by fitness experts, who have an understanding of developmental disorders. The philosophy of this workout program is based on three principles: Neurological/Physical/Individual Based (NPI). The program is created to enhance physical performance and address the unique challenges that kids with autism face.
