Linwood Bailey
Linwood Bailey is the author of The Business of Me: Your Job … Your Career … Your Value, speaker, and the Principal and Founder of Fields of Success - which assists professionals with the management their most important economic asset—their careers. Linwood established Fields of Success in 2008 after retiring from a 34 year career in the corporate sector. He managed IT, Finance, and Business Planning functions in multiple industries. He had positions with Upjohn, James River, General Nutrition, R.J. Reynolds, and Whirlpool, leading functions in domestic and global regions. He was a decision maker who impacted people and managed his career through downsizing, restructuring, globalization, economic downturns, and other business and career management challenges to today’s professionals. He is a graduate of Coach University, earned his MBA at Indiana University, and his undergraduate degree at Hampton University. He was a Captain in the US Army and is a Vietnam Veteran.
