Grace Killelea
Grace Killelea, founder of Grace Killelea Consulting and Half the Sky Leadership Institute, uses the four cornerstones of leadership – relationships, reputation, results, resilience – to help CEOs, executives, and professionals elevate their leadership and transcend perceived limitations to achieve sustained business and personal success. Grace served as Senior Vice President of Talent and the first-ever Vice President of Talent Management and Leadership Diversity at Comcast Cable Corporation, where she implemented a management process to identify top internal leaders and develop leadership pathways. Starting her career in retail as one of Price Club’s first 300 employees, at age 26 she successfully negotiated with the Teamsters Union and led the East Coast division of Human Resources, growing it from 20 employees to nearly 4,000. After 35 years in talent management, human resources, retail, and programming, she retired to re-launch her practice as a keynote speaker and consultant.
