Jo Miller
Jo Miller is CEO of Women’s Leadership Coaching, Inc. She created the Women’s Leadership Coaching™ system after interviewing more than 1,000 women and recognizing a common set of challenges encountered by women wanting to advance their careers—especially in industries long considered “a man’s world,” such as technology, finance, and energy. Used successfully by thousands of emerging women leaders worldwide, the system identifies the key steps women must take to advance into positions of leadership and influence. Delivering more than 60 speaking presentations annually to audiences of up to 1,200 women, Jo travels widely in Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East to present keynotes and teach workshops for women’s conferences, women’s professional associations, and Fortune 1000 corporate women’s initiatives. She has been developing and implementing coaching programs for emerging women leaders since 1998.
