Pam Seplow Silberstein
Pam Seplow Silberstein, Global Head of Leadership Experiences at SAP, is responsible for designing and delivering experiences that help to increase the overall leadership capabilities at all levels of the organization. Since joining SAP America in 1998, she has held a variety of roles, always focused on her passion around the intersection for developing people and business process. Prior to her current role, Pam lived in Germany for more than three years and was the head of Learning and Talent Management for EMEA at SAP.
